My therapeutic framework is rooted in a strengths-based, integrative, and holistic approach, to support you in becoming your most empowered, resilient, and fulfilled version of yourself. With a deep belief in every person’s innate capacity to grow, heal, and thrive, I partner with you to uncover and amplify your unique gifts, values, and inner wisdom.
I include evidence-based modalities with intuitive, client-centered practices to nurture your well-being—mind, body, and spirit. Drawing from humanistic psychology, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and an integrative lens, sessions are tailored to support your personal journey toward self-actualization and authentic living.
Rather than focusing on pathology or dysfunction, I highlight strengths, foster resilience, and work collaboratively to remove internal and external barriers to growth. You are invited to view your lived experience as a source of insight, reimagine challenges as opportunities for transformation, and to access your deepest potential in a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space.
Healing is not just about mending —it’s about remembering who you are, and what is possible, reclaiming your wholeness, and stepping into a life that reflects your most vibrant, empowered self. Because wellness is multidimensional, I also include tools beyond traditional talk therapy, such as somatic interventions to help regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and support emotional integration throughout the body. You hold the answers; counseling helps you hear them more clearly.
Outside of my work at Talk NYC! I teach psychology, enjoy yoga, quiet contemplation, reading, taking long walks with my two little dogs, savoring a warm cup of coffee, and cherish spending time with friends and family.
