I am passionate about walking with individuals to help overcome struggles and difficulties. All the while, curating a storehouse of coping skills and self-care routines to help you build your confidence.
I have experience in working with individuals of all genders, age groups ranging from teenagers to the elderly, married couples and families. I also have experience working with persons in the LGBTQI+ community, various religions and cultures. I strive to tailor the therapeutic plan and goal to fit the individual’s life style and background.
