Welcome! As a mental health therapist, I am committed to supporting individuals of all ages and backgrounds on their journey toward healing and personal growth. My goal as a clinician is to support you in creating lasting positive change and finding balance in your life!
In session, I take a client-centered approach, rooted in empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity. I employ many modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. With a strong belief in the mind-body connection, I aim to create a safe and comfortable space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment.
I specialize in working with those navigating challenging life experiences, adjusting to change, working with symptoms of anxiety and depression, and responding to traumatic events. I received my education from the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master’s Program from the City University of New York.
