Welcome! As a Mental Health Counselor, I believe that building a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship is the first step in your mental health journey. I'm here to listen to you in order to help you through those stressful moments. I'm here to give you a safe space to talk about your past and how it might be impacting you today. You are never alone! You've already done half of the job by being here today.
While I focus on overall personal growth, I have a particular interest in relationship issues, anxiety, parenting, and life transitions. Using a combination of psychodynamic, cognitive- behavioral, and relational techniques, I am passionate about helping you better understand your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Positive self-perception, resilience, and healthy relationships are key to creating positive meaningful change in your lives. Working together, I am willing to help you overcome these roadblocks, unhelpful dynamics, and boundaries in an effort to cultivate a more satisfying and productive life.
