As a therapist, I provide a safe space that allows my clients to be heard and supported through many stages of their life. I aim to establish a therapeutic relationship with individuals to help them process issues, regulate emotions, identify hidden or bottled-up feelings, mindfulness, build positive relationships, and acknowledge maladaptive behavioral and thinking patterns to promote a healthier way of living.
My therapeutic approach comes from a place of empathy, compassion, and understanding, especially for those who are struggling with mental health issues. My integrative approach is based on the individual needs of my clients because everyone is different.
I received my B.S. in Psychology in Mercy College and completed my M.A in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern New Hampshire University. My personal, academic, and occupational experiences have provided me with all the tools needed to help others. It would be a privilege to support you on your journey of growth and healing. Together, we can acknowledge your progress and face any challenges that may arise.
