If you’re reading this, chances are you’re facing a challenge—whether it’s working through past trauma, navigating a difficult relationship, or trying to find balance as a parent. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know you’re not alone. Healing is possible, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I know that taking this first step isn’t easy, but it’s a sign of strength. Seeking help doesn’t mean something is wrong with you—it means you’re ready for something better. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported as we work together to uncover what’s holding you back and help you move toward the life you want.
I have a B.A. in Psychology and Art Education from Queens College and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Manhattan University. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic approach meaning I believe understanding where our struggles come from is key to making lasting changes. I also incorporate CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Solution-Focused Therapy, depending on what works best for you.
For some, healing happens through words. For others, it’s easier to express emotions through creativity, which is why I love using art and drama therapy, especially with children. If you’re a couple looking to rebuild trust and connection, I use the Gottman Method to help strengthen relationships. And for parents, I offer coaching and support to help you navigate the ups and downs of family life with more confidence.
Above all, I believe therapy should feel comfortable, non-judgmental, and tailored to you. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to healing, but together, we’ll find what works best for you.
I’m bilingual in English and Polish and have had the privilege of living and traveling in many different places, which has given me a deep appreciation for how culture shapes our experiences and mental health.
If you’re ready to take that next step, I’d love to be part of your journey. You don’t have to do this alone—let’s get started together.
