I am a dedicated mental health counselor who believes that everyone deserves a safe place where they can explore life’s challenges. I provide a safe and nonjudgement atmosphere. I believe that everyone has a voice and that you should be heard. I have experience working with individuals who are in substance use recovery, or struggle with addiction assisting with developing coping skills. I also have experience working with harm reduction. I have experience working with individuals who live with an intellectual disability, and or physical limitations, assisting with developing positive self-esteem.
As a self-identified Lesbian, I enjoy working with the LGBTQ+ community. I look forward to accompanying you on your journey of healing and rediscovering.
I graduated from Russell Sage Colleges in Albany, NY. Earning my Bachelor’s in Psychology, and my Masters in Counseling.
