I’m Erin, a dedicated mental health counselor specializing in trauma recovery. My mission is to support individuals on their journey towards healing and resilience. With training in trauma-informed care and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I offer a compassionate and evidence-based approach to help clients navigate and overcome the effects of traumatic experiences.
My background includes BA in Psychology with a minor in Gender Studies and Clinical Psychology and MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Canisius University, over 7 years’ experience working with families, children, adolescents and adults in clinical and case management positions. I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations facing various challenges. Through our work together, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, develop coping strategies, and ultimately reclaim their sense of self.
Whether you’re dealing with past trauma, navigating current stressors, or seeking to enhance your overall mental well-being, I’m here to guide you with empathy, expertise, and a commitment to your personal growth. Together, we can work towards a brighter, more fulfilling future.
