Let's work together to navigate life's challenges and discover your path to a brighter future. As a Mental Health Counselor (MHC-LP), I aim to support my clients through various life challenges. I specialize in anxiety, depression, faith-based/Christian counseling, career counseling, marital challenges, and youth/student counseling. My approach is warm and empathetic, aiming to create a safe space for healing and growth. I address issues such as life transitions, stress, family/marital conflict, relationship issues, trauma and PTSD, self-esteem/body positivity, and more. I work with individuals and families, offering services in English.
My practice includes adults (18+), adolescents/teenagers/college students (14 to 21), and the geriatric population (65+). My therapeutic methods include client/person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, relationship & communication interventions, solution-focused therapy, family systems interventions, grief & loss interventions, career interventions, self-esteem/self-identity management, and substance use & addiction interventions.
