I believe that therapy is a powerful vehicle for change. I want to commit to ensuring a safe and empathetic environment to foster healing and personal growth. I utilize a wide range of modalities, tailored to fit the individual’s needs, including mindfulness and person-centered approach, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), goal setting as well as trauma-focused work. I encourage a collaborative approach to best suit you!
I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The College of Staten Island. I gained experience providing therapy for individuals suffering from addiction, Depression/Anxiety, ADHD, OCD, attachment disorders, childhood trauma, personality disorders as well as everyday life stressors. As we enter different phases in our lives, it can be difficult to adjust, and this is where certain tools can be used to facilitate changes as smoothly as possible. I also specialize in women’s issues, self-esteem, and relationship issues. I value working with individuals from all walks of life and understand the importance of a judgment-free environment for one to express themselves freely. I am also bilingual as I am fluent in French and English. I look forward to meeting with you!
