Taking the first step by reaching out for help is courageous and one of the best choices you can create for yourself during a time of struggle and uncertainty. Facing difficult emotional and interpersonal circumstances in our lives can make us feel overwhelmed and helpless but it can also lead to a time of strength and healing. I provide a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space for my clients facilitated for optimized growth and well-being. I believe the importance of the therapeutic process is to provide clients with insight into emotional regulation, behavior change, and productive thought patterns, leading to living an authentic and intentional life despite unforeseeable challenges within ourselves, our relationships, and our lives.
I am compassionate about my work and honored to guide you on your healing journey. My approach to therapy is described as goal-oriented and integrative, as I incorporate different theoretical orientations in my practice to best fit the individual needs of each of my clients. I received a B.S. in Psychology and completed an M.A. with studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. My educational experience and clinical training has provided me with knowledge and competence working with a variety of clients and presenting concerns.
I value your bravery and dedication by taking the first step in recognizing your needs and I look forward to talking with you!
