Alana Greenberg is an interactive, solution-focused mental health counselor. Her approach is to provide support and feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. In a safe space, she integrates complementary approaches and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of her clients. With compassion, objectivity and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to achieve. Among her areas of expertise are anxiety disorders, depression, family and peer relationships, women's issues, executive functioning and career development.
She received a MS. Ed in School Counseling and an Advanced Certificate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University, Hudson Campus. With her educational and professional experience and clinical training, she can provide care and support to a variety of clients with all the different issues.
