Self-care involves taking care of the mind, body, and soul. To nourish and heal the mind through therapy can lead to resolve, better outcomes, and an improved quality of life.
I am glad you are here. You are ready to take your first step towards healing the mind, gaining empowerment, and embracing self-love in a safe space and self-paced therapeutic experience.
I obtained my master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling and have additional training in alcohol and substance abuse treatment. I will help you achieve your goals through guided exploration to identify ways in which thoughts impact behavior, explore solutions that worked in the past, and challenge incongruent thoughts that lead to inner conflict. I specialize in addiction treatment and provide therapy supporting where you may be in the Stages of Change.
Take time for this self-care process, and I will gladly support you on this path to healing. I look forward to working with you.
