Whether you are a mom for the first time or the fifth, motherhood is a powerful blend of joy, fear, fulfillment, and sometimes loneliness. Each journey is unique—but that doesn’t mean you have to go it alone. This group is designed to offer a supportive space where moms can connect, share, and grow together.
We’ll explore the many emotional and mental shifts that come with motherhood, such as identity changes, the invisible mental load, and the challenge of maintaining your own well-being while caring for others. Together, we’ll build coping skills and increase self-awareness to help you feel more empowered and supported in your role as a mother.
This is a once-a-week group that meets for 60 minutes over 8 weeks.
To support group consistency and connection, please choose one meeting time that works best for you and plan to attend that session each week.
All mothers are welcome—let’s grow stronger together for the benefit of ourselves, our children, and our families.
