I am a true believer that “My response is my responsibility”. In seeking out assistance via mental health services, you have taken the first steps in reclaiming control of your life. We cannot control life’s “growing pains” however the response to these challenges, can steer the course of your future. My experience with mental health began before completing studies with My Master of Science from Mercy College in 2014. My greatest enthusiasm has been servitude. I have a history of providing services to youth in residential treatment for over 10 years; serviced adults with Developmental and intellectual disabilities for 8 years as a Residential Coordinator, 5 years of Palliative care and have spent the last 4 years being a Mental Health Counselor. I have worked with a diverse population of individuals ages 4 to 65+ providing support, empathy and encouragement through life’s journey. The therapeutic relationship formed will provide objective feedback to assist with transitions, healing and exploration of internal/ external paradigms. The services provided will be detailed to your specific needs as I meet you ‘where you are’ on your journey. I am versed in multiple therapies to address individualized treatment requirements. I welcome you to contact me via email or telephone.
