I specialize in depression and anxiety, with a compassionate person-centered approach. I have experience working with different demographics, different genders, and at different life stages. I celebrate art, the importance of healing through creativity, and of connecting to the inner child. I had a previous life as an artist for film and television, which I chose to leave so that I could help others. I’m a strong believer that anyone can make changes to live their best life.
Together, we will look at the thoughts that block you, practice managing those thoughts, and explore the source of those thoughts. We may be creative together in our solutions. Careful – I sometimes assign homework! But it’s for the most important goal: You. And your future.
